Chris McGrath

Chris McGrath LLB, MARN 0533437 has been practicing as a specialist migration lawyer since May, 1983, when he obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales.

As well being one of Australia’s most experienced migration advisors, as a Solicitor, Chris is admitted to appear in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Chris has successfully represented many clients at the Migration Review  Tribunal and is a member of the Law Council of Australia.

He  has mentored many junior agents and continues to consult within the profession, providing professional advice upon specific and complex points of migration law.

Susan Wareham McGrath

Susan Wareham McGrath BSc(Psych), AdvDipBus(HRM), GCHST(Primary Health Care), CN404 has been in private practice since 2003, as a business and career management consultant, and first became registered as a migration agent in May 2006.

Susan is the CEO of McGrath Career Management, and, as a strong advocate for the personal and professional development of women is also National General Manager – Special Projects of the Australian Businesswomen’s Network.

Susan and Chris are  supported by a team of outsourced consultants and administrators, but take a personal interest in every case McGrath Migration Lawyers manages, ensuring consistency and quality in every assignment.
